  • Security Deposit is waived with credit card payment.
  • Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit required with personal checks or cashier’s check is used for payment. This $250 Security Deposit is fully Refundable within 10 days after check out.


  • Holiday rates are $199 per night (3 night min).
  • Easter, Labor day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, President’s Day, Christmas, New Years
  • $1250 for Christmas through New Year week (7 nights)


  • Rates for Multiple Consecutive Months are discounted 5%


  • North Coast Village does not allow pets (dogs, cats, birds) in the resort
  • Handicapped dogs are permitted with permission from H.O.A. and Owner.


  • This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside our home or on our balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area.
