- Note: 3% additional fee with payment by American Express credit card
- Security Deposit is waived with credit card payment.
- Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit required with personal checks or cashier’s check is used for payment. This $250 Security Deposit is fully Refundable within 10 days after check out.
- Holiday rates are $199 per night (3 night min).
- Easter, Labor day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, President’s Day, Christmas, New Years
- $1250 for Christmas through New Year week (7 nights)
- Rates for Multiple Consecutive Months are discounted 5%
- North Coast Village does not allow pets (dogs, cats, birds) in the resort
- Handicapped dogs are permitted with permission from H.O.A. and Owner.
- This is a smoke free lodge (no smoking allowed inside our home or on our balcony). Smoking is allowed outside in the common area.
